Not much is known about Caradoc Williams. He was born in 1923 and  was the son of James Peter and Mary Hannah Williams, of Vicars Cross, Cheshire. He was married to Margaret Evelyn Williams.

Caradoc joined the British Army and became a Trooper with 8th battalion, The Royal Northumberland Fusiliers which was part of the 3rd Reconnaissance Regiment.

He was killed on 21 September 1944, near Budel. The circumstances of his death are as yet unknown.

Trooper Caradoc Williams is buried at Budel Roman Catholic Cemetery.
