Location: Heesbeen is located in the southwest of the Netherlands, in the province of Noord Brabant.

Heesbeen is a small village in the commune of Heusden. It is 25 kilometers northwest of the city of  's Hertogenbosch. Take the A59 from 's Hertogenbosch to Oosterhout/Raamsdonkverr (west) and take exit 42 onto the N267. Heesbeen is located on the southbank of the Maas river. The churchyard is directly behind the small ancient church in the centre of the village. In the south-west corner is the only war grave.

There is one war casualty commemorated in this site.
