Ivan G. Bell was born in 1905 and was from Texas.

He enlisted in Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas on 10 March 1943. His enlistment card states he was seperated at the time and was an automobile servicemen.

At this moment not much is known about him. He was attached to B Battery, 65th Armored Field Artillery Battalion.

Ivan was wounded by schrapnel in November 1944 in the shoulder and arm, due to an incoming round. He was killed on 19 April 1945 near Baesweiler.

He was thirty years old at the time of his death

After the war Pfc Bell was re-interred at Margraten Military Cemetery, Plot I Row 19 Grave 2.
