Nothing is know about William B. Kimbrough. He was from Pontotoc County, Oklahoma and after joining the army, was attached to L Company,  276th Infantry Regiment, 70th Infantry Division.

He died of non battle injury. His grave mentions his date of death as 8 June, 1944, but this mostly likely should be 8 June 1945.

Pfc William Kimbrough is buried at Margraten Military Cemetery, Plot D Row 18 Grave 8.
