Not much is known about Henry E. Morris. He was from Midlothian, Texas. After enlisting in the Army he became a private in the 60th Infantry Battalion, 9th Armored Division.

Henry was killed on March 31st, 1945, when his unit was in Germany. The exact place and circumstances of his death are not known.

He is buried at Margraten American Military Cemetery, Plot D Row 3 Grave 31.
