William Thomas Grew

William Thomas Grew was born in 1922, son of Thomas George C. and Ethel Winifred Grew, of Chelmsford, Essex. He was married to Maureen Grew.

He was an air gunner with 78 Squadron RAF. F/O Grew was killed in action on 23 September 1944 on a mission to Neuss, Germany. His plane crashed near Weert.

He is buried at Weert (Molenpoort) Roman Catholic Cemetery. He was 22.
